Policies
Standard check in is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Check out is 11 am. We cannot guarantee access to your room at an earlier time; however, we will try to accommodate both an early check-in and late check-out if possible.
We will be requesting you to provide a specific arrival time. This will allow us to provide you an individual tour of the Inn, discuss breakfast service, answer any of your questions, and escort you to your room.
If you are paying by any CC, an additional 4% will be added to the final price. We hold the CC for deposit and if you chose to pay via cash, we can arrange that when you are here.
To reserve the room, we need your full name, your cell phone number, your email address, and a credit card # and expiration date, cvv# and Zip code associated with the card. We will send an email confirmation for the room and date. Reservations will be confirmed by email upon receipt of the information above. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.
The Inn at Kettleboro is a small establishment, any cancellation will incur a $50 fee applied to the credit card provided at booking. Individual rooms cancelled within 10 days of the reservation will be charged one night of the stay in addition to the $50 fee. If we are able to rebook the room, just the $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Full house reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of the stay will be charged the full amount of the stay in addition to the $50 fee. If we are able to rebook any of the rooms, the charge will be reduced by each room booked. The $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for the entirety of their stay as booked, unless cancellations are made in accordance with these cancellation policies. Non-arrival of a guest constitutes a ‘no-show’ and the guest remains responsible for the entirety of their stay regardless.
Rates are subject to a 4% Lodging tax and 8% sales tax.
We have a minimum 2-night stay on weekends (May-December), special events and holiday periods. We may offer a special incentive for a 5 or more-night stay.
All our rooms accommodate two adults. (A 3rd adult may be added to the queen rooms with a rollaway for an additional $50.00 per night.)
We welcome children 15 and over but we are unable to accommodate pets.
The Inn at Kettleboro is a smoke free property. If we discover someone has smoked in a guest room, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per room.
Limited refrigerator space is available and there are snacks fruit etc. available on the counter in the kitchen.
All foods in refrigerator and cabinets are reserved for meal preparation. Use of the kitchen is reserved for B&B owners meal preparation only.
Breakfast will be served at 9:00 am in the breakfast room. When you make your reservation, please let us know if you have special dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.
We ask our guests to respect our neighborhood. Please treat our neighborhood and neighbors with the same respect and friendliness that you would practice in your own home community.
The inn is reserved for paying guests only. Innkeepers require you to check with us before having any visitors.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.
You must always be properly attired when in the public spaces of the inn.
You assume responsibility for loss or damage to The Inn at Kettleboro property. There will be an additional charge of $25 if you lose or forget to return your keys.
